After his admission to the Geneva Bar in 1991, Pascal Erard worked for 15 years in the legal department of several Swiss and international banks in Geneva. During this period, he aquired a vast experience in asset management, real estate and international commodities trading, in particular in the legal aspects of the financing and storage of petroleum products, metals and grain.
In 2004, he joined Croisier Gillioz & Partners, and the Firm in 2012.
Pascal Erard mainly advises individuals and companies on commercial and banking law matters. He assists them in their common activities, as well as in their legal transactions. He also represents them before courts and administrative authorities. He regularly deals with the constituton, acquisition and sale of companies in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, he assists his private clients in estate planning, relocation to Switzerland and the negotiation of special tax status, as well as in automatic exchange of tax information matters.
